About Us

 Dr. Taryn Jirousek grew up in Marcellus and is a graduate of Marcellus Central Schools. She received her BS in Biology from Cornell University and graduated with honors from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston. After graduation, she returned to Central New York, completing her residency and serving as an attending doctor at Upstate Health Care Center in Syracuse. Taryn is honored to be able to follow her lifelong dream of opening her own dental practice in Marcellus.

 Taryn and her husband, Todd, live with their son Oliver, daughter Hazel and their spoiled pug, Felix. She is a member of the Marcellus First Presbyterian Church, the Skaneateles Music Guild,  a Girl Scout leader, and serves on the Baltimore Woods Executive Board. In whatever free time they have, she enjoys spending time cooking, travelling, hiking, music, and spending time with friends and family. 

Dr. Jennifer Merry was born and raised in Syracuse and is a graduate of Cicero-North Syracuse High School. She then went to Syracuse University where she graduated magna cum laude with a BS in Bioengineering. She earned her dental degree from the University of Connecticut in 2012, and received further training in the General Practice Residency program at Danbury Hospital in Danbury, CT. After completing her residency, Dr. Merry moved back home to Central New York to be near her family. She currently resides in Phoenix, NY with her husband John, their kids, Matilda and Russell, and their Labrador Retriever, Daisy.  In her free time, she enjoys weight lifting, traveling, and catching up on the latest TV shows.
